Samples

We love minis, and think sampling is such an important part of discovering what best resonates with your skin. We happily include two complimentary samples of your choice along with any order through maylindstrom.com. Simply go shopping, then make your sample selections at checkout.

We have something really special in the works we hope to share soon to make our sampling and travel size program even more accessible and fun! Be sure you are signed up for our newsletter for updates.

Returns

We want you to LOVE every element of your May Lindstrom Skin experience. If you are not enamored with your selection, we do not wish for it to gather dust or disappointment. Please send a note within 30 days of delivery to care@maylindstrom.com. We welcome the opportunity to work alongside you to explore if we can facilitate a match with your unique needs and the product you’ve chosen, or to arrange for a stress-free exchange, credit, or refund so you might discover something you fully adore.

Should a return be requested, there are two options for your service:

  1. You may receive a full refund in the form of a May Lindstrom Skin digital gift certificate, and we will cover your return shipping. This gift certificate will never expire, and you may choose to shop immediately, save for a later date, or gift to another.

  2. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less a $10 return shipping and administrative fee.

*Refunds, exchanges, and store credit are available only for purchases made through maylindstrom.com.

*International shipping charges, customs fees, or taxes are not eligible for refund.

*Orders placed during gifting promotions where free product was received are not eligible for return.

Shipping

Each bottle is inspired, blended, and carefully filled from our private studio in micro batches for ultimate freshness and efficacy. Packages typically ship from Los Angeles within 1-4 business days of your order confirmation. Allow an additional 2-5 business days for normal freight time to your destination. During special promotions, expect some delay as our small team works to deliver the most extraordinary service to you. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

USA
Packages within the USA always ship complimentary via USPS Priority Mail.

International
All international packages ship via DHL Global Express.*

International orders with a product total over $200 ship free.

International orders with a product total under $200 ship with a $30 flat rate.

All order totals will include local tax, if applicable, to be prepaid at checkout.

We do all we can to take the very best care of our clients, near and far. Sometimes it can get a little complex sending our treats around the world, so please do fully expand and review the section below so you know what to expect in terms of any government-required duties or taxes if you are ordering from, or shipping to, a destination outside the USA.

All international packages ship via DHL Global Express.*

International Customs / Duties / Fees / Taxes
Our website lists purchase price in US dollars.
We do not include international VAT, tax, or duties in our displayed price.

We love surprises, but not when it comes to unanticipated fees. Our Zonos™ Tax and Duty Calculator will automatically provide a calculation at checkout based on your shipping destination for the duties and taxes your government will require for your shipment to enter the country.

In service to you, we are covering the payment for your required duties, leaving only regional taxes as your responsibility. This is the same tax that would be included in your purchase price if shopping locally. These taxes, if applicable, will be included in your order total and pre-paid at checkout.

We make every effort to ensure that shopping fresh from our Los Angeles studio is as effortless and predictable as possible. When you complete your purchase with us, your total at checkout will reflect your total landed cost.

Packages will be marked at full value in accordance with the law.

No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays or holds beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages.

*If DHL does not service your country, we are currently unable to ship to you through our website. Please see our Stockist Locator for alternative retailers. We are currently unable to ship to Italy, Indonesia, Mexico, Peru, Spain, and certain other countries with restrictions on the importation of cosmetics.
