Fold towel into quarters and saturate with warm water before pressing over the face and neck for a luxurious facial steam.
Note: My sink water never gets hot enough, so for the sake of the environment, I like to pour a cup of tea, and while that’s steeping, pour the remaining steaming water over my cloth and then press the thickly folded, saturated cushion over my face, neck, and décolleté.
Gently massage, rinse, and repeat until the skin is cleansed and singing.
And if you’re in the bath - twist into a long roll to exfoliate the back, shoulders, hips, and thighs. Finally, drape over your chest and belly, soothing stressed nerves as you soak and release.
